FLS means Free List Suspended. Distributors prohibit complimentary / free passes for the first few weeks of the movies run.
Have we got Wheelchair accessibility?
Yes, all IMC Cinemas are wheelchair accessible.
Is there a booking fee for online bookings?
Yes there is. For IMC Dun Laoghaire it is 50c per ticket, in all other IMC's it is 75c per transaction.
What do I do if I make a mistake booking a movie?
If you make a mistake you will need to call the cinema you've made the booking with. Once a booking has been processed we have a 'non refundable, non transferable'
policy, but the Manager will do all he or she can to assist you.
Do we cater for Corporate Bookings?
Yes we can. For more information on corporate bookings please call the IMC Head Office on 01 236 6660.
Do we have parking?
We have free parking available for the IMC's in Athlone, Mullingar, Thurles and Ballymena. In Dun Laoghaire we offer 2.5 hours free parking to IMC customers. There is no associated parking for the
IMC in Dundalk but there are 3 car parks in close proximity to the cinema.
Do I need to show the credit card I used to make an online booking?
Yes, you need to produce your credit in the cinema you booked your tickets for, as it's part of our terms and conditions.
What are Special Needs Screenings and HOH Screenings?
Special Needs Screenings are shows that are suitable for patrons with a disability. Hard of Hearing (HOH) are specifically for patrons with hearing difficulties.
